What to expect.
We are a small team in one time zone. These are honest estimates, not a service-level contract, except where a legal deadline applies.

Five lines that save a day.
A useful bug report is mostly context. The list on the right is what we usually end up asking for.
Helpful
- App name, version and build number.
- iOS version and device model.
- What you expected and what happened.
- Steps to reproduce, if you know them.
- A screenshot or short screen recording for anything visual.
Please don’t send
- Your Apple Account password or verification codes.
- Full payment card numbers.
- Government ID unless we specifically request it for a privacy request.
- Other people’s personal data.
- Confidential material you need us to keep secret.
App Store review
Notes for reviewers.
We try to make review boring in the best way. There is no login, no paywall and no hidden feature gate.
All features of BannerGuard, AdLens and RetentionKit are reachable from first launch. The apps do not require an account, a demo login or a promo code. Advertising is limited to the placements listed on the Products page.
If a build needs a specific data set, device orientation or imported file to reach a screen, email us with the build number and we will send exact steps. We monitor the inbox during Hong Kong business hours.
